Behemoth Trial by Jury (440ml Can)
Description
We have wanted to have a play with some new varieties of New Zealand Hops for some time now and, after talking to the team in Nelson, we decided that this amazing smelling hop needed to be put on trial in the best way we know how. Of course, this is by using stupid amounts of it in a hazy IPA. What flavours and aromas will it bring? Well, we just don't know. You can be the judge and jury on that. Should this hop become a regular one grown in New Zealand? Let us know your thoughts? We would love to get your feedback.
Tasting Notes
IPA - Hazy / New England
Highly aromatic, low bitterness hop-forward ales with dominant fruit notes, often citrus or tropical, yellow to deep golden and very hazy or cloudy in appearance from 4.8 to 6.9% alcohol.
